To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order confirmation) is also required.

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your current item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the product you’d like.
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As with our standard policy, items must be unused, unopened, with tags, and in their original packaging, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
